Warren Paving was founded in the early 1950s in Hattiesburg by Charles Warren. Since 1972, the company has been
owned and operated by his son, Lawrence W. Warren. Keeping its eyes on the horizon ahead, the company has grown
drastically and has expanded its services.

In 1991, they installed a state-of-the-art asphalt plant on the south side of Hattiesburg, where the main facility
and corporate offices are now located.

Warren Paving is synonymous with quality construction,
undoubtedly the most important layer of the company. The result of quality
is not possible without the intense focus of the workers, including management,
quality control technicians, equipment operators, engineers and laborers.
Warren is committed to a high quality of life and a superior working environment
for his team. In house training facilities are available at both Hattiesburg
and Gulfport locations. These facilities are used for safety training
and continuing education in the latest technology available in the asphalt
industry. All Warren employees are provided with a comprehensive benefits

Community involvement and participation is an important layer to Warren, who has
served on the boards of such organizations as the Salvation Army and

from 1995-1997.
The Warren Team is also very active in the local Chambers of Commerce
and Economic Development Committees.
 Owner
Lawrence Warren believes that his business should be a good corporate
neighbor. For years now, Warren and his wife, Bonnie, have contributed
