Annual CPR Certification: SEPT 19 - AGC of MS held CPR classes at the Hattiesburg plant location where 30 employees obtained CPR certification.

Remember, the last day of the safety year is November 30, 2009. Eligible employees who were actively employed as of December 1, 2008 and who have not had any safety violations, will be eligible for the drawing of the new pick-up truck.

Health Insurance
Our health insurance provider, BCBS of MS, is an excellent benefit. You can access the many benefits offered through BCBS of MS by going to: www.bcbsms.com. At this web site, you can locate providers, verify benefits, and review status on your medical claims.
BCBS of MS promotes living a healthy lifestyle. With that in mind, we encourage each of you to use the benefit of getting a physical each year. It is free of charge, and can add years to your quality of life.
Dental Insurance
Our dental insurance provider, The Guardian, is provided to all employees as well. The Guardian promotes healthy care of your teeth. You are given four free cleanings each year. This can be accomplished in the following manner: regular teeth cleaning - 1st quarter of year; deep teeth cleaning - 2nd quarter of year; regular teeth cleaning - 3rd quarter of year; and deep gum cleaning - 4th quarter of year.
Short-term and Long-term Disability Insurance
Our disability insurance is provided through The Guardian. If you are faced with a non-work related injury or illness, you may contact Human Resources to determine if you qualify for disability benefits.
Life Insurance
Warren Paving, Inc. provides life insurance to each employee. This is provided through The Guardian. Please see Human Resources to determine the amount of life insurance you are provided.
You may also select voluntary life insurance if you would like additional coverage.
AFLAC
We offer Aflac products for the employee. This includes: Cancer policies and Off-
